Soerjo Deer depends on the success of animal reproduction which is determined by the success of proper financial management. This study aims to determine the feasibility of captive Timor deer from the financial aspect. This research was carried out in December 2021-January 2022 at the deer captivity at Raden Soerjo Forest Park, Mojokerto. The data required are primary data and secondary data. Business feasibility analysis is carried out using the Break Event Point (BEP), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Payback Period (PP) approach. The results show that the investment spent is Rp. 100,000,000. The profit obtained from captive Timor deer is Rp. 140,616,000. The financial results of captivity are; NPV of Rp.22,746,839, IRR 13%, BCR value of 1.22, and within 2.5 years the investment returns can be returned. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the financial condition of the Timor deer captive is in good condition. Keywords: Captive, Financial, Timor Dee
