DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID 19 TERHADAP UKM PENGOLAHAN IKAN DI KECAMATAN PALANG KABUPATEN TUBAN

The Covid-19 pandemic is a concern for the food processing industry sector and other sectors, the purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the pandemic on income, the number of workers, the level of demand and production levels of data collection using questionnaires, analytical methods using descriptive statistical analysis and the wilocxon test. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on income, production levels and product demand for micro and small businesses. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises processing fish in Karangagung Village, Palang District, Tuban Regency. The impact of covid 19 on fish processing SMEs is divided into four, namely (1) the impact of covid on the decline in the number of workers in SMEs that produce processed fish and shrimp paste products. (2) the impact on the decrease in the number of production of Micro, Small Enterprises in Karangagung Village (3) the impact of covid 19 on the decrease in the number of requests for Micro, Small Enterprises that produce shrimp paste products and types of processed fish. (4) the impact of covid on the decline in the amount of income for Micro and Small Businesses in the processing sector in Karangagung Village
