IMPLEMENTASI METODE PROTOTYPE DALAM PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PENANGKARAN BURUNG BERBASIS WEBSITE

Captive breeding is effort to increase the population of animals while still paying attention to the purity of the species. One of animals can be bred is the cucak rawa bird. Many breeders try breed this bird because has high price. The high price is because has a melodious voice and many fans. However, breeding them is not easy and breeders must to monitor management such as reproduction, housing, feed, care, and production results. SGT Bird Farm is cucak rawa bird breeding,any problems in the captivity because the recording of all management still manual and not well structured, this makes it difficult for breeders to get information so that it hampers production in captivity. So based on problems, this study aims to design a website-based management information system by applying the prototype development method with the stages of identifying needs, making prototypes, evaluating prototypes, implementing systems, and testing systems. By using prototype method, produces a website-based bird breeding management information system with the results of the black-box testing boundary value analysis getting a percentage of 100% and the UAT getting the conclusion that the system has met the requirements based on user needs and can function properly as it should
