PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA KOMIK PADA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA JAWA KELAS III SD

The use of learning media in class III SD Negeri 1 Lengkong has not been maximized, because there is no development of learning media in Javanese language subjects. Because teachers only use LKPD and textbooks that have not been able to stimulate students, so learning media is needed. This study aims to develop an appropriate comic media for learning Javanese language descriptive essay writing material in class III SD Negeri 1 Lengkong. Comic learning media is made to facilitate teaching and learning activities for educators and students. With the comic media, students are more interested and motivated in teaching and learning activities. This research is a type of R&D development research (Research & Development) which refers to the ADDIE development model. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Lengkong on September 1, 2022. The study was carried out with the following steps: analysis. design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research subjects were 24 students. The developed media was tested for feasibility with material expert validation and media expert validation before being tested. The data analysis technique used two methods, the first was expert validation questionnaire analysis and effectiveness data analysis. Analysis of expert validation questionnaire data using a Likert scale. Meanwhile, for data analysis, the effectiveness is measured from the results of student response questionnaires The results of the study are in the form of qualitative and quantitative data to determine the validity of the media. Researchers used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. In the material expert validation questionnaire, the percentage result was 91.6% which was declared feasible to be used. In the media expert validation questionnaire, the percentage result was 71.6% which was declared suitable for use. The results of the implementation carried out got positive results from students. In the results of the student response questionnaire obtained with a percentage of 78.2% which was declared positive or feasible. Based on the results of these percentages, it is concluded that comics media are feasible to be implemented
