Nowadays, the food consumers claim on quality specification and authentication on food product is very important fulfilled by agroindustry. Certainly both of this will improve the sustainability of business the agroindustry. The objectives of this research were to determine an existing condition and main topics of the traceability and authentication system for the future research in food-agroindustry.
