The success of the university as a whole depends heavily on the administration and upkeep of its facilities. When taking a closer look, however, it becomes clear that increasing financial resources at the University for Development Studies (UDS) is crucial but constrained, as there are only two budget lines that cover all university expenses. The university's budgetary allocation needs to be expanded, so it needs to look far afield for ways to involve other relevant stakeholders in the planning process.
