Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi (OCB). Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan terhitung sejak bulan Juni sampai dengan Juli 2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei melalui pendekatan kausalitas. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT Metro Pos. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik proporsional acak sederhana (Proportional Random Sampling) sebanyak 58 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X1 (Kepuasan Kerja, variabel X2 (Komitmen Organisasi) dan variabel Y (OCB) diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert.
