The main indicators to determine the quality of hospital service are patient satisfaction. This research aims to determine the relationship of quality service with the satisfaction of patients with poly disease in the Islamic hospital Siti Aisyah Madiun. This type of research is quantitative with a Cross Sectional approach. The research population is 940 people with a sample of 94 respondents. Sampling techniques non probability sampling with porposive sampling method, analysis test with Chi Square.
