Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas Dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen

The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of ownership structure, profitability, liquidity and company growth on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 – 2021. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2021. The research sample consists of 20 manufacturing companies selected by purposive sampling. The data used in this study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies. The analytical tool in this study uses SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that the variables of ownership structure and company growth have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, while the variables of profitability and liquidity have a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy. The results of the F test have a significant F number of 0.000. According to the existing theory, this figure shows that the independent variables (Ownership Structure, Profitability, Liquidity and Company Growth) can simultaneously affect the dependent variable (Dividend Policy) because 0.000 < 0.05 so this model is feasible to use in research
