The title of this research paper is ―The Illocutionary Acts in Harry and Meghan‘s Interview with Oprah Winfrey on CBS Morning (2021) Transcript. This study aims to find out the types of illocutionary acts contained in one of the most shocking interviews in the world, namely an interview with the former member of royal family, Harry and Meghan Markle interviewed by Oprah Winfrey, with a total viewership of 4.79 million viewers when it first aired.
