The diagnosis may not be easy, overall in the clinical presence of acute abdomen in elderly patients, disabled people or people who are uncooperative during physical examination. Therefore, it should be sought with an adequate bilateral exploration of the region in all occlused patients and especially with the use of radiological images of the small intestine.
