COVID-19 flu has been the worst pandemic on earth in more than a century and has thus far claimed more than six million lives worldwide. As of 19th March 2022, there were 57 major countries where one million or more COVID-19cases were registered, and the deaths reported therein constituted 92.3% of the total deaths worldwide. The high mortality rate is associated with comorbid conditions of the infected. Obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, tuberculosis, and a higher percentage of the aged population (more than 65y) were identified as major morbidity conditions among others.
