This report will focus on the thermal tests by using a manikin under different radiant conditions with different outer clothing together with different underwear layers. This relates to the research Question 1.2 formulated in the project: “What is the effect of short wave radiation on protective clothing in relation to the reflectivity of the garment material?”. A total of six outer garments (four Nomex, two cottons) have been tested for these radiation experiments under different radiation levels of no, medium and high radiation
