The aim of this study was to explore the public’s perceptions about their experiences of the immunity certification process. Specifically, we aimed to address the following two research questions: 1. What is the perceived level of confidence in performing a series of actions/tasks for demonstrating proof of immunity? 2. What is the level of agreement with a series of statements relevant to operational issues about immunity certificates?
