US Pivot and Impact of This Pivot on Strategy Interests in the Southeast Asia in the US CHINA Relationship

Since the United States has embarked on its pivot to Asia, US-China relations have also entered a new chapter, with the potential for strategic competition in Southeast Asia. Many researchers think that the US spin-off policy is a “strategic lever” for balancing US-China relations in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in Southeast Asia. During eight years under President Barack Obama\'s two terms, there is a fact that the United States has not yet fully embraced the role of the US “rules of the game” in Southeast Asia.
