The amorphous steel core transformer has the advantage of reducing the load loss by up to 70%. Thanks to the special microstructure and composition, it is a small magnetic resistance with very small steel sheet thickness and very high resistivity. Therefore, when used as a magnetic circuit for transformers, there is a significant reduction in no-load losses compared to high-quality silicon steel transformers. This paper presents the design and production of a three- phase transformer with 3kVA, 380/127V.
