This research aimed to determine the diversity of FMA species in dry land that would produce an isolate of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The long-term goal was to create bio-fertilizer from arbuscular fungi which is inexpensive and has the potential to increase agricultural production, particularly soybean production, in NTB dry land. The methods included a preliminary survey, isolation and morphological identification in Mataram University's microbiology laboratory, and exploration of indigenous AMF in the root rhizosphere of legume and corn plants, which took place in the Pujut subdistrict.
