Impact of Culture on Entrepreneurial Orientation of Women Entrepreneurs in Central Region of Vietnam- Approach of Hofstede Cultural Dimensions

Entrepreneurs are seen as an important driving force for economic growth. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage their entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to building a strong and prosperous country. Particularly, the number of women engaged in business activities is increasing today. But they will face many difficulties and challenges due to cultural stereotypes. However, so far there has not been any research in Vietnam, particularly in Central Region of Vietnam to clarify this issue. Therefore, the study of the influence of culture on entrepreneurial development of women entrepreneurs in Central Region of Vietnam is very meaningful. By quantitative research methods with the sample of 150 women entrepreneurs In Central Region Of Vietnam, this paper has generalized the characteristics of women entrepreneurs in this region. The results show that the cultural dimensions will positively promote the development of the entrepreneurial orientation of Women Entrepreneurs here
