This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work environment on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all employees who worked as Call Center Agents for J&T Vads Indonesia Company in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique with a sample of 105 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data using an online questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM PLS analysis technique.
