Renewable energy resources, such as wind and photo-voltaic solar energy, are increasingly integrated into power systems. Additional sources of uncertainty from these sources, together with the conventional sources of uncertainty due to stochastic nature of both the load and the availability of generation resources and transmission systems shows the limitations of the conventional approaches in calculation and analysis of power systems in which uncertainty sources are not considered. In this paper, an approach to calculate and analyze power systems taking into account sources of uncertainty is presented. Testing on the modified IEEE-14 bus test system indicates good performance and practical applicability of the proposed approach
