We present the clinical case of a 31-year-old male patient with a chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension diagnosis. This case shows the fundamental role of cardiac imaging for diagnosis and the positive clinical and imaging evolution after pulmonary thromboendarterectomy surgery.Se presenta el caso clínico de un varón, de 31 años, con diagnóstico de hipertensión pulmonar tromboembólica crónica.
