We present an unusual clinical case of a patient with a superior sinus venous atrial septal defect, partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage and persistent left superior vena cava (PLSVC). The latter entity is a relatively frequent finding in patients with congenital heart disease (6.1%) and, therefore, can be observed in patients with superior sinus venous interatrial communication. However, PLSVC is clearly associated with coronary sinus type defects (a very infrequent entity).
