The aim of this thesis is to better understand the effects of normal and pathological aging on temporal cognition. We are interested in the perception of short durations (from milliseconds to seconds) and temporal perspective (i.e. the ability to project into the past, present and future). In a first study, we compared the temporal cognition of patients with neurodegenerative diseases (Mild Cognitive Impairment -MCI-, Moderate Alzheimer's Disease -MA- or Dementia with Lewy Bodies -DCL-), to young and elderly control participants.
