Over the last few decades, protein sequencing techniques have been developed and continuous experiments have been done. Thanks to all of these efforts, nowadays, we have obtained more than two hundred million protein sequence data. In order to deal with such a huge amount of biological data, now, we need theories and technologies to extract information that we can understand and interpret.The key idea to resolve this problem is statistical physics and the state of the art of machine learning (ML).
