PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI DAN KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2011—2016

This research aims to oxamine the effect of investment decision and financing decision, to the firm value. Population of this research is properties and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2016. Sampling method uses purposive sampling. Based on sample selection criteria, there’s selected as many as 29 companies within 174 observation data. Data analys technique uses classic assumption test. The result of this research showed that investment decision has no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, financing decision has an effect on firm value.
