Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a experimentální část. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis keramických biomateriálů se zaměřením na porézní keramické materiály, jejich vlastnosti a techniky výroby. Jsou zde popsány druhy fosforečnanu vápenatého, jejich chemicko-fyzikální vlastnosti a využití v lékařství. Experimentální část obsahuje metodiku přípravy sklokeramického porézního substrátu modifikovaného fosforečnanem vápenatým.
