Abstract Currently companies pay more and more attention to corporate social responsibility, one part of which includes the responsibility towards its employees through well-being at work. During the COVID19-time, especially healthcare employees’ well-being has been at the centre of the discussion. This study provides new knowledge on how large healthcare companies voice their practices in the management of well-being at work and how well-being at work isin general seen as a part of the company’s social responsibility.
