Accompagner la construction des compétences des étudiants : vers une transformation des modèles de pédagogie universitaire intégrant les outils numériques

International audienceThis study reports on the impact of the implementation of innovative teaching practices within a "hybrid training device" (Charlier, Deschryver and Peraya, 2006) designed to achieve the effective construction of students' pre-professional skills (Peraya, Charlier and Deschryver, 2014). To do so, a definition of competence, as well as an explicitation of the conditions allowing its construction were borrowed from a singular theory of adult education conducted in culturalist anthropology (Auteur, Date). Our results show that the use of digital technology feeds the teaching activity with professional rules, in order to open up certain capacities to signify, analyze and simulate professional practice from a distance before engaging in a situation that is adapted to the students, and finally to create the conditions for an emancipation from the rule, a source of professional developmentCette étude rend compte des retombées de la mise en oeuvre de pratiques d'enseignement innovantes au sein d'un « dispositif hybride » de formation (Charlier, Deschryver et Peraya, 2006) aménagé pour parvenir à la construction effective des compétences préprofessionnelles des étudiants (Peraya, Charlier et Deschryver, 2014). Pour ce faire, une définition de la compétence, ainsi qu'une explicitation des conditions permettant sa construction ont été empruntées à une théorie singulière de la formation d'adultes menée en anthropologie culturaliste (Auteur, Date). Nos résultats montrent que l'usage du numérique nourrit l'activité d'enseignement de règles de métier, pour ouvrir certaines capacités à signifier, analyser et simuler à distance la pratique professionnelle avant de s'engager en situation aménagée face aux élèves, pour enfin créer les conditions d'une émancipation de la règle, source de développement professionnel
