International audienceThis study reports on the impact of the implementation of innovative teaching practices within a "hybrid training device" (Charlier, Deschryver and Peraya, 2006) designed to achieve the effective construction of students' pre-professional skills (Peraya, Charlier and Deschryver, 2014). To do so, a definition of competence, as well as an explicitation of the conditions allowing its construction were borrowed from a singular theory of adult education conducted in culturalist anthropology (Auteur, Date).
