Purchase habits, perceptions and consumer attitudes are changing due to COVID-19. People have learned to live together in a health crisis with the result that consumption is adapted to the new circumstances. This study has tried to identify changes in the purchase and consumption of foods due to COVID-19, to purchase changes in purchasing habits before the pandemic, during lockdown and now in the province of Barcelona. To do this, a semi-structured and stratified online questionnaire for sex, age and comarca was performed in late December 2021.
