The focus of this thesis is to analyze a set of 18 galactic open clusters younger than about 100 Myr, with enough stars in the TO and/or PMS be able to provide quite precise age and reddening estimates, using a bayesian approach. Using the Gaia eDR3 database,I performed a series of bayesian recoveries to provide a quantitative evaluation of the mean uncertainty on age determination. I also obtained general results about the effects of some systematic uncertainties for these young clusters that can arise from different physical phenomena, such as the presence of unresolved binaries in the clusters and surface stellar spots, that can alter the age determination process.
