KEARIFAN LINGKUNGAN DALAM NOVEL SI ANAK PINTAR KARYA TERE LIYE (KAJIAN EKOKRITIK SASTRA)

This study examines the relationship between humans and the natural environment as reflected in the novel Si Anak Pintar by Tere Liye. The author presents the story of the life of a village in the interior of Sumatera which is side by side with thousands of hectares of forest. Most of the population depends on nature to meet their needs. There were several natural environmental problems in the village which were overcome by taking environmental wisdom actions. Based on this, the formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How is the problem of the natural environment in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Pintar, (2) What is the form of environmental wisdom in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Pintar, (3) What are the factors that influence environmental wisdom in the novel Si Anak Pintar by Tere Liye. This research method uses qualitative research with a literary ecocritic approach. The data is in the form of a story unit with the data source being the novel Si Anak Pintar by Tere Liye. In finding data to match the research focus, research indicators are used that contain the characteristics of the data that will be the results of the research. The tool used to sort the data is the corpus data table. The data collection procedure used a read and note procedure. The data analysis technique uses steps, namely reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The results showed that in the novel Si Anak Pintar by Tere Liye, there were two problems with the natural environment. The first is the drought which causes the population to experience difficulties in meeting their daily needs and water shortages at the cultivation center. The second is flooding which causes damage to crops and causes river embankments to collapse. The actions of environmental wisdom that are carried out on the problems of the natural environment that occur are responsibility to nature in the form of actions to protect forests, solidarity with nature in the form of actions to maintain the balance of nature, compassion and care for nature in the form of reforestation actions in forests, and not disturbing natural life in the form of actions. does not interfere with the wealth of the bowels of the village earth and virgin forests. Awareness of figures and other residents in carrying out environmental wisdom actions is influenced by educational factors in the form of educating actions, work as farmers, and social culture in the form of kidung songs
