This study aims to determine how workload, compensation and employee job satisfaction, the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction, and to determine whether compensation plays a role in moderating workload on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of the office of PT. Mustika Dharmajaya Sidoarjo with 60 respondents. The sampling technique of this study uses probability sampling technique where all office employees have opportunities. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used a scale range and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).
