PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MEMPERTIMBANGKAN KOMPENSASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI (Studi Kasus PT.MUSTIKA DHARMAJAYA SIDOARJO)

This study aims to determine how workload, compensation and employee job satisfaction, the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction, and to determine whether compensation plays a role in moderating workload on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of the office of PT. Mustika Dharmajaya Sidoarjo with 60 respondents. The sampling technique of this study uses probability sampling technique where all office employees have opportunities. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used a scale range and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results of this study indicate that the Workload Variable (X) is in the very high category, Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) is in the very satisfied category and Compensation (Z) is in the very good category. Workload (X) has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y), this result shows that the higher the Workload, the employee will also be satisfied at work and Compensation (Z) plays a moderating role in the effect of Workload (X) on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) so it can be concluded that the workload of employees is indeed very high but it is proportional to the compensation they get for their daily need
