PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KONFLIK KERJA, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan Kantor Camat Samarinda Ulu)

This study aims to determine how the influence of work discipline, work conflict, and work environment on the performance of employees at the Samarinda Ulu sub-district office. This research was conducted on employees of the Samarinda Ulu sub-district office in East Kalimantan with a total of 42 respondents who were taken using a total sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire and measuring the data used is a skala likert. The test instruments in this study were validity and reliability tests, as well as for data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen that work discipline has a positive and significant partial effect, work conflict has a partially negative and insignificant effect, and the work environment has a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of employees at the Samarinda Ulu sub-district office
