This study aims to determine how the influence of work discipline, work conflict, and work environment on the performance of employees at the Samarinda Ulu sub-district office. This research was conducted on employees of the Samarinda Ulu sub-district office in East Kalimantan with a total of 42 respondents who were taken using a total sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire and measuring the data used is a skala likert. The test instruments in this study were validity and reliability tests, as well as for data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
