PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV FIZZUL PUTRA MANDIRI

This study aims to determine the effect of motivational work discipline and work environment on employee performance at CV Fizzul Putra Mandiri. This type of research data uses explanatory research methods, and the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The research population is all employees who work at CV Fizzul Putra Mandiri, with a sampling technique using a total sampling technique of 62 employees of the tailor department. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the measurement of the data used was the linkert scale. Technical analysis of data using SPSS version 26, scale range, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with t test and f test. The results of the three hypotheses proposed show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance
