This Renewable Energy and Enabling Technologies Roadmap for Healthcare is presented in the form of a practical guide to assist organisations to develop a bespoke renewable energy and enabling technologies and services implementation plan for individual healthcare buildings (that may also be part of a portfolio of assets). This plan – focusing on stationary energy use and supply in healthcare facilities - can be one part of a larger NZCE strategy that would also need to tackleemissions from non-energy sources (e.g. supplies, pharmaceuticals, waste).Healthcare facilities, for the purposes of this report, are defined as hospitals and aged care facilities.
