SLIdR (Synthetic Lethal Identification in R) is a statistical framework to identify synthetic lethality pairs from large scale screens across multiple cancer types. Here, we are sharing the processed Project DRIVE data along with mutation data for running SLIdR in the pan-cancer and cancer type-specific settings. The enclosed RData file contains two objects: all_data - List of 17 processed cancer type-specific data in SLIdR format. pc_data - Processed pan-cancer data in SLIdR format for running SLIdR in the pan-cancer setting. </ol
