Background: Ectopic pregnancy is one of the most common life-threatening emergencies in early trimester of pregnancy. The aim of this study was to determine the incidence, age group, gravidity, parity, risk factors, clinical presentation, treatment modalities associated with ectopic pregnancy in the current scenario.Methods: We conducted a prospective study for the period of two years starting from Aug 2017 to Aug 2019 at JNIMS OBG Department.Results: A total of 94 patients who were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy and they were analysed for clinical presentation, risk factors, operative findings and treatment modality.
