Introduction: organizational factors are formed by a series of elements that are developed within the organization.Objective: demonstrate the influence of organizational factors in healthcare human resources and nursing management.Methods: descriptive observational, cross-sectional in April 2021. 40 Nurses: healthcare and management positions.A semi-structured questionnaire was used. We took the validated Organizational Diagnosis Questionnaire (CDO) that contemplates 6 measurement variables: purposes, structure, relationships, rewards, leadership and useful mechanisms.
