Análisis factorial y mecanismos de articulación jurídica de la estructura de la negociación colectiva

The collective bargaining’s structure is the detailed map of all the collective agreements of any type which are in force in a particular date as well as of their corresponding relationships. The study made on them brings an exceptional opportunity to analyse our Labour Relationships system. The present study makes a deep analysis of the different factors involved in the Labour Relationships system’s creation as well as on the instruments used by the Labour system to facilitate its coordination. Specific analysis is done on the effects of the last Spanish legal reforms on the collective bargaining’s structure. According to them, the agreements signed at enterprise’s level have got the main role. Finally, the study reviews the main characteristics of the Spanish model: coverage and ordination of the agreements and main bargaining levels.La estructura de la negociación colectiva es la «radiografía» del conjunto de convenios, acuerdos y pactos colectivos vigentes en un momento determinado y de sus mutuas relaciones. El estudio de la misma constituye un observatorio privilegiado para analizar nuestro sistema de relaciones laborales. El presente estudio realiza un análisis de los distintos factores que intervienen en su conformación y de los distintos instrumentos creados por el ordenamiento jurídico para favorecer su ordenación y articulación. En este sentido, se valoran los diversos efectos que han tenido sobre la misma las recientes reformas legales que han apostado por situar a la negociación de empresa en el centro de gravedad de esa estructura. El estudio concluye con un repaso de los rasgos más característicos del modelo español: grado de cobertura y ordenación, así como niveles de negociación prevalentes
