In an increasingly turbulent and competitive environment organizational learning capability has been identified as a strategic mechanism for achieving continued organizational success. As a result, organizations and academics are working to find ways of creating work environments with high learning capacity. However, clear consensus is yet to come on the most effective ways available to organizations to develop their learning capacity. In this study we propose altruism and organizational trust as antecedents of organizational learning capability.
