Assessment is an integral component of learning and teaching. The main purpose of this study was to examine the current assessment practices of teachers and as well as examination system in the Beaconhouse school system. Six schools of Beacon house system of Lahore, Faisalabad and Islamabad cities and their male and female teachers were the population of the study. Fifty teachers were selected as a sample on convenient basis. Data were collected through developing a questionnaire to ask teachers report on their assessment practices.
