In line with World Health organization (WHO’s) directive, Nigeria established the Directly Observed Treatment Short-course (DOTS) centers in all states and local government of the federation to assist in the detection, monitoring and treatment of tuberculosis. The treatment outcomes measures the effectiveness of the drugs administered to the patients to control the spread. To evaluate patient’s responses when administered with tuberculosis infection preventive treatment, drugs were administered to patients and monitored for three years and the result obtained were recorded and subsequently analyzed using the factorial design experiment.
