Children's televisionprograms today are not only source of entertainment but also sourceof learning for our children. This study analyzes the content ofpopular Indian cartoon - ChotaBheem. The main focus is to examinethe impact of ChotaBheem on children's social behavior throughcontent analysis and participatory observation method. It alsoanalyzes the impact of animated characters on the product liking &preferences of children and on perceptions of parents. Studyconcludes that cartoon series ChotaBheem influences the children'ssocial behavior and product preferences
