Polypropylene fibres are the new form of chemical fibres. Addition of polypropylene fibres decreases the unit weightof concrete and increases its strength. In this paper the behaviors of the normal concrete and concrete with different types of fibres such as macro-polypropylene and micro-polypropylene fibres have been studied. These fibres were added to the concrete at 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 4% with respect to the volume of concrete.
