This paper is on the effects of change management on the performance of firms in Nigeria. The paper sought to determine theeffects of organization enabler on growth and assess the nature of the relationship between management change and organizational effectiveness. The sources of data for the study were primary and secondary. Change Management is also used todefine the process of following the change in the automated system, logging best practices or system upgrades. Management ofchange connects to people’s encounter and the organizational process.
