This study aims to analyze the mediating role of motivation and job satisfaction on the association between career expectation and job performance. A survey base research conducted through questionnaire that based on 5 type Likert scale. The study uses Structure Equation Modelling for examine the results. The study finds the positive impact of career expectation on job performance. The finding reveals that job satisfaction and motivation partially mediates the relationship between career expectation and job performance.
