Costos de innovación tecnológica en las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito, segmento 1, cantón Píllaro, periodo 2020

Introduction: In the present titling work, the costs that are generated now in which technological innovations in financial services are conducted, same services that are offered by the savings and credit cooperatives of segment one in the Píllaro Canton, all the analyzed data belongs to the 2020 period. Objectives: To determine the costs of technological innovation for the provision of financial services of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives of segment one of the Píllaro Canton during the 2020 period. Methodology: The research method that was implemented, it was the deductive method, since a macro and individual analysis of the variables was used, bibliographies related to the subject and existing files were analyzed to verify the relationship of variables, with a type of documentary and descriptive research, the results interpreted and collected through an interview with 384 criteria, it was tabulated and the interpretation of results was obtained, as well as their respective analysis, through the use of statistical methods, the results were classified and transformed into statistical figures for better understanding. The study population was the Cooperatives of segment one and the financial bulletins. Results: the Savings and Credit Cooperatives of segment one of the Píllaro canton have continued to invest in recent years to obtain models and updates with modern technology in digital financial services, so it was possible to determine the costs for technological innovation in digital financial services. , the Mushuc Runa cooperative made the largest investment with a value of $467,558.36, followed by the San Francisco cooperative with an expense of $318,871.93, then the Oscus cooperative spent $295,610, 57, followed by the Kullki Wasi cooperative with $213,145 ,11, finally there is the cooperative Chamber of Commerce $ 146,581.01. Conclusions: Thus, I was also able to conclude that only 85% of the cooperatives offer the same digital financial services such as web pages, virtual banking, mobile App and BanRed ATMs.Introducción: En el presente artículo se analizaron los costos que generan al momento en que se realizan las innovaciones tecnológicas en los servicios financieros, mismos servicios que son ofertados por las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito del segmento 1 en el Cantón Píllaro, todos los datos analizados son pertenecientes al periodo 2020. Objetivos: Determinar los costos de la innovación tecnológica para la prestación de servicios financieros de las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito del segmento 1 del Cantón Píllaro durante el período 2020. Metodología: El método de investigación que se implementó, fue el método deductivo, ya que se empleó un análisis  macro e individual de las variables, se analizó bibliografías relacionadas con el tema y archivos existentes para la comprobación de la relación de variables, con un tipo de investigación documental y descriptiva se conformó los resultados interpretados y recolectados por medio de una entrevista con 384 criterios, se tabuló y se obtuvo la interpretación de resultados, así como su respectivo análisis, por medio de la utilización de métodos estadísticos se clasificaron los resultados y transformaron en figuras estadísticas para su mejor comprensión. La población de estudio fueron las Cooperativas del segmento uno y los boletines financieros. Resultados: las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito del segmento uno del cantón Píllaro, han seguido invirtiendo   estos últimos años para obtener modelos y actualizaciones con tecnología moderna en los servicios financieros digitales, es así que se pudo determinar los costos por innovación tecnológica en los servicios financieros digitales, la cooperativa Mushuc Runa realizo mayor inversión con un valor de $ 467.558,36, seguida de la cooperativa San Francisco con un gasto de $ 318.871,93, luego la cooperativa Oscus gasta $295.610, 57, a continuación, la cooperativa Kullki Wasi $ 213.145,11, finalmente está la cooperativa Cámara de Comercio $ 146.581,01.
