This study discusses the process improvements implemented with regards to the dental records and transaction management and collection policy of RXRX Dental Clinic to address the issue on providing feedback the organization’s stakeholders. The new process, in terms of dental records and transaction management, took advantage of technology for ease of recordkeeping and analyzing transactions from different clients and patients to provide timely feedback and exchange of information among stakeholders. The results of this strategy opened a whole set of other issues caused by the manual filing of records including the uncollected balances from corporate accounts.
