Procesos académicos virtuales en la satisfacción del servicio en estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Intercultural de la Amazonia, 2022

The general objective of this research was to determine the significant influence that exists between the virtual academic processes in the satisfaction of the service in students. The method used was hypothetical deductive, the type of research was basic, non-experimental design and correlational/causal descriptive level. The population consisted of 1,115 students, the sample by 286, and the sampling was of the simple random probabilistic type. The technique was the survey and the questionnaire as instruments, which were validated by expert judgments and their reliability through Cronbach's Alpha for the independent variable is 0.970 and for the dependent variable is 0.874. The result shows that the dependent variable have a high influence on the dependent variable, since the Wald score of the independent variable is 12.229, which is much higher than 4 and is reinforced by p = 0.000 < 0.05; that allows the rejection of the null hypothesis and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, for which it is statistically inferred that: the virtual academic processes have a significant influence on the satisfaction of the service in students of the National Intercultural University of the Amazon, 2022La presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo general Determinar la influencia significativa que existe entre los Procesos académicos virtuales en la satisfacción del servicio en estudiantes. El método empleado fue hipotético deductivo, el tipo de investigación fue básica, diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo correlacional/causal. La población estuvo formada por 1 115 estudiantes, la muestra por 286 y el muestreo fue de tipo probabilístico aleatorio simple. La técnica fue la encuesta y como instrumentos el cuestionario, que fueron validados por juicios de expertos y su confiabilidad a través del Alfa de Cronbach para la variable independiente es de 0,970 y para la variable dependiente es de 0,874.En el resultado se observa que la variable dependiente influyen de forma alta en la variable dependiente, por cuanto el puntaje Wald de la variable independiente es de 12,229 que son mucho mayor de 4 y es reforzado por p = 0,000 < a 0,05; que permite el rechazo de la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna, por lo que se infiere estadísticamente que: los Procesos académicos virtuales tiene una influencia significativa en la satisfacción del servicio en estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Intercultural de la Amazonia, 2022
