INTRODUCTION: On January 30, 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic was decreed, so that as a measure to combat the Coronavirus, educational institutions replaced their in-person classes with emergency remote teaching, however, in 2021 classes gradually resumed to the face-to-face. OBJECTIVE: To describe the experience of a biology major in a supervised internship period in a post-pandemic context. MATERIAL AND METHODS: This is an experience report, with a descriptive character, based on the trainee's experiences.
